For more than 10 years I have been offering this course to students mainly based in
Copenhagen. It has always been one of my most popular long-term courses, full of
stimulation for body and soul, with the focus being placed upon the experiential
quality of our relationship with the world of symbols and symbolism.
Now I have totally reorganised the material and made it suitable for "distant
education" as an on-going process for as long as you wish. I am very happy to share
with you some wonderful material that has proved its worth to many hundreds of
students over the past years.
This "pay-as-you-go" correspondance course is built up around the 26 letters of the
Alphabet.
Every letter has several categories of possible study - you just select one of the
subjects that strongly appeals to you and then you receive via e-mail or through
post, the material related to that topic.
Every lesson has been carefully constructed so that there is the right balance
between receiving stimulating information and awakening your intuitive faculties. As
you make progress through each lesson, consisting of between 20-40 pages, you will
be taking a journey into your inner landscape regardless what subject you have
chosen to work with.
This involves visualisation/meditation exercises and providing a written response to
your tutor. You mail your report at the end of each lesson and receive comments from
Derek Seagrief, who follows and guides your Symbol Journey.
When you have completed the first lesson "A", you will also need to choose which
subject you want to work with in the next category "B". Upon receipt of your report,
comments are then sent to you with the next lesson.
When we have received your report for the second lesson, then you will be given
another choice - either to return to letters "A" & "B" and take up two new
categories - or move onto the next letter "C".
At this third stage there is also another choice you need to make, and this is an
economical one. From this point on, you will committ yourself to 4 lessons at a
time. This helps to create less office work for us, but more importantly, it ensures
uninterrupted flow, so that the momentum that has been gathering energy with the
first two lessons, now has the opportunity to deepen its contact and integration
with your everyday world.
It is still you who decides how much time and effort will be given to each lesson.
There is no rush, and the goal is not to focus upon the completion of all 26
letters, but to enjoy the journey experience.
We could also add to this and say that it is regular work that produces more
satisfying results.
We believe that the material presented in each lesson is creative and so well
designed that you will truely experience an inspiratonal banquet, that promises many
positive long-term repercussions.

Fees for The School of Symbols
The first two lessons & Introduction Booklet are included in your first payment of
350Dkr. (or 40 pounds/Sterling).
Included in this payment are two written appraisals of your first two reports.
To start with the third lesson, you committ yourself to paying for the next 4
lessons (3 to 6).
You can pay half - 300Dkr. for the next two lessons, or if you pay in full, 500Dkr.
this automatically entitles you to a discount of 100Dkr.
(International students take the nearest equivalent in Pounds/Sterling)
Included in all your fees, is a continuing rapport with your tutor who reads and
responds to your written reports.
Payment for all future lessons lessons occurs in the same way, you take 4 lessons at
one time, either pay half and receive two lessons, or pay for all four lessons and
receive considerable discount.

Payment can be included as Danish cheque or International Money Order if outside
Denmark.
